Indira Gandhi Vocational and Welfare Trust was situated in the year of 2017. The founder οf this organization is Mrs. Paromita das and Mr. Rajib chakraborty. Mrs. Paromita das works since last 7 years as a master trainer of beautification skill training and Mr. Rajib chakraborty works as a social worker since last 10 years. The founders previously notice that in the rural areas, there is a big problem tor income generation program in the youth generation. Also, they identity this major problem comes from lack of information & opportunity, after that they decided to give awareness into the youth generation, motivate them and give the right handholding support to choose the right decision into their live for develop the economical & mental condition after some struggle organization was successful to connect the beneficiaries into the central & state skill development program, still now the organization trained above 3,000 beneficiaries into entrepreneur thought various skill development program, which are mostly supported/funded by central/state govt. The organization is successful to connect few companies for organize job fair for the trained skilled beneficiaries.
